Hadji eyes pastures new
Youssouf Hadji is hoping for a summer move away from Nancy and insists he is "open to all" offers for his services. The 31-year-old striker still has a year left on his contract, but says it is time for something new in his career.
"It would not be a disaster for me to stay, but I think the club could get money for me, and given my age, the time has come for something else," Hadji told L'Equipe.
Hadji has been linked with a host of clubs, including Metalist Kharkiv as well as teams in Russia and Qatar, where his friend Abdeslam Ouaddou already plays.
"I have asked him for information about the country and the league," Hadji said. "Whether it be the United Arab Emirates or Saudi Arabia or a European country, why not?"
