Ignacio Scocco put AEK in front, but goals from Pablo Gabriel Garcia and Victor Vitolo - the second a penalty - turned the game around before half-time. The win moved PAOK above their opponents at the top of the pool.
Panathinaikos picked up their first win in four games with a 3-0 success at home to Olympiacos Volou. Luis Garcia Sanz opened the scoring and second-half goals from Djibril Cisse and Kostas Katsouranis sealed the win.
