Helsingborg missed the chance to extend their lead at the top of Sweden's Allsvenskan to four points as they fell to a 2-1 defeat at ten-man AIK.

Christoffer Andersson fired the leaders into a 19th-minute lead, but the hosts levelled five minutes later through Teteh Bangura.

AIK then had Nils-Eric Johansson dismissed in the 28th minute as he picked up a second yellow card, but they shrugged off that blow to strike the winner through Robert Ahman-Persson six minutes before the interval.

The day's other game saw Trelleborg claim a comfortable 3-0 success against Elfsborg. All the goals came in seven second-half minutes as Marcus Pode opened the scoring after 51 minutes before Fredrik Jensen and Kristian Haynes sealed the win.
