Tomsk secured their first win in five Premier Liga games with a 2-1 victory at Spartak Nalchik today.

Pavel Golshev gave them a fourth-minute lead and they were 2-0 up by the tenth minute through Evgeni Balyaikin.

Igor Portnyagin pulled one back for Nalchik three minutes from time but Tomsk held on for the three points.

The win lifted them off the bottom of the table on goal difference, with surprise strugglers Spartak Moscow now propping up the rest.
