Tigres Monterrey are five points clear at the top of the Torneo Clausura after a 2-0 win over Cruz Azul. Hector Mancilla and Bairros Danilinho made the difference with second-half goals, with second-placed Toluca also winning as they beat Queretaro 5-0.

Antonio Naelson got their first, an own goal from Efrain Cortes and strikes from Osvaldo Gonzalez, Jaime Ayovi and Nestor Calderon making up the score.

A second-half goal from Paul Aguilar gave Pachuca a 1-0 win over Puebla, while Santos Laguna beat Atlas 2-1 thanks to strikes from Fernando Arce and Juan Rodriquez. Wilman Conde replied for Atlas.

Atlante and San Luis drew 0-0 and Monterrey won 4-1 at Jaguares. Humberto Suazo gave the visitors an early lead, before Oscar Razo was sent off for Jaguares. Suazo then scored from the spot and Christian Valdez replied before Suazo completed his hat-trick and Aldo De Nigris wrapped things up.
