Juventus have allowed Italy forward Amauri to join former club Parma on loan until the end of the season.

The Brazilian-born 30-year-old has struggled to make an impact with the Turin giants after joining in 2008 following two excellent seasons with Palermo, and has been deemed surplus to requirements by coach Luigi Del Neri.

A statement on the Juventus website read: "Juventus Football Club announces that an agreement has been reached with F.C. Parma for the loan of Amauri Carvalho De Oliveira until 30th June 2011."

Although Amauri spent three seasons as a Parma player earlier in his career, he never played a first team game for the club as he was sent out on loan to Napoli, Piacenza, Empoli and Messina during that time.

However, with Parma struggling near the foot of the table, he is likely to be the man charged with scoring the goals to keep I Gialloblu in the top flight.
