Porto remain eight points clear of Benfica at the top of the Portuguese Liga after both teams won on Saturday.
A 35th-minute penalty from Hulk was enough to give the leaders a 1-0 win at Beira Mar, while Benfica were 4-2 winners at home to Nacional - Nicolas Gaitan (8), Rechel Sidnei (20) and Oscar Cardozo (51) put the home side in charge, but Luis Alberto (76) and Rene Mihelic (85) ensured a nervous finish until Franco Jara sealed the win a minute from time.
Elsewhere, Braga fought back from two goals down to claim a 2-2 draw against 10-man Vitoria Setubal. Mamdou Djikine and Claudio Pitbull had put the visitors two up after 20 minutes but Braga had pulled one back after the break through Helder Barbosa (54). Uedson Ney Santos was then sent off for the visitors before Guilherme equalised for Braga after 72 minutes.
Naval snatched a point against Portimonense with a last-minute equaliser from Robin Previtali cancelling out Cassama Ivanildo's fourth-minute opener.
Olhanense came from behind to beat Academica 2-1 with goals from Nuno Piloto (22) and a 71st minute penalty from Rui Duarte, while Pacos Ferreira and Uniao Leiria drew 1-1 thanks to Paulo Vinicius's last-gasp leveller for the visitors.
In the day's final game, Guimaraes beat Rio Ave 3-2 with de Oliveira Douglas' second of the game securing the win in the 88th minute.
