Juventus captain Alessandro Del Piero is confident his side will bounce back from their poor start to the year.

I Bianconeri crashed to a 4-1 defeat to Parma in their first game of 2011 before losing 3-0 at Napoli on Sunday. The result dropped Luigi Del Neri's side to sixth in Serie A, nine points behind leaders AC Milan.

"It's not an easy time for us," admitted Del Piero on his official website. "In these cases, words mean nothing and we must do the talking on the pitch.

"We have to come out of this situation as soon as possible, and not be affected by pessimism and negativity. The year has only just begun and there are many games left to play.

"We have to concentrate on what we have to do rather than on what we have not done, and focus on our Coppa Italia match against Catania and Sunday's game against Bari."
