Substitute Gonzalo Castillejos scored a late goal to lift Lanus to a 2-1 win over Huracan despite them finishing with ten men in the Argentinian Apertura on Monday.

Castillejos scored with one of his first touches after coming on with ten minutes to go to put Lanus back in front after Paolo Goltz's sixth-minute opener had been cancelled out by Ezequiel Filippetto. However, some of the shine was taken off the night when Mario Regueiro was sent off for a second bookable offence in the 89th minute.

Argentinos Juniors scored three second-half goals to sink Colon Santa Fe 3-0 in the evening's other game. Franco Niell opened the scoring in the 50th minute, and further goals from Nicolas Brandi and Emilio Hernandez in the space of four minutes late on wrapped up the points.
