Brazilian side Goias claimed a surprise place in the Copa Sudamericana final by winning 2-1 at Palmeiras in the semi-final second leg on Wednesday.
Goias, who suffered relegation to the second division of the Brazilian league last weekend, won the tie against Palmeiras on away goals, having lost 1-0 at home in the first game.
Palmeiras went 2-0 ahead on aggregate in the 34th minute at the Estadio Pacaembu when Luan chested down a pass from Edinho and fired left-footed beyond goalkeeper Harlei.
