FC Copenhagen maintained their fantastic form in the Danish SAS-Liga on Sunday by thrashing Horsens 4-0.

Goals from Cesar Santin, Martin Vingaard, Cristian Bolanos and Mathias Jorgensen saw the home side run out comfortable winners and extend their lead at the summit to 16 points after just 15 rounds.

Second-placed FC Midtjylland were held to a 2-2 draw at Brondby. Remco van der Schaaf opened the scoring after 18 minutes but Brian Priske and Mikkel Thygesen put Midtjylland in front. Michael Krohn-Delhi levelled for third-placed Brondby 14 minutes into the second half.

Lyngby moved up to fourth after beating Sonderjyske 1-0 - Kim Aabech grabbing the winner with a 10th-minute penalty after Michael Stryger had been sent off - while substitute Henrik Pedersen netted a last-minute goal as Silkeborg beat struggling FC Nordsjaelland 1-0.
