Bundesliga leaders Borussia Dortmund have not given up hope of progressing in the UEFA Europa League despite last night's 0-0 stalemate at Paris St Germain.

The result leaves the Westphalians third in their group, three points behind PSG and four adrift of pool-topping Sevilla. That means they must win their remaining two matches to have a chance of going through to the last 32, but coach Jurgen Klopp remains optimistic.

"First of all, we have got to beat Lviv in Dortmund and if we manage that, then we have a final against Sevilla," he said on his club's website. "Two wins will take us through and it probably wouldn't have been much easier had we won tonight.

"Both Sevilla and Paris have had a great deal of luck against us. If there is even only a small chance of us going through, then we will try and take it."

Dortmund had chances to beat PSG, like they did at the Westfalenstadion a fortnight ago, but fortune was again not on their side.

Robert Lewandowski then missed a golden opportunity to seal victory in the Parc de Princes in the 90th minute, but he missed an open goal.

"We know that we only have ourselves to blame," continued Klopp. "We played some excellent football, but wasted too much. We put them under so much pressure and then had that enormous chance in the 90th minute."

The focus now returns to defending the Bundesliga lead on Sunday when Dortmund travel to Hannover.
