Mexican Apertura leaders Cruz Azul won 1-0 against Puebla with a Christian Gimenez header proving decisive.
Cruz Azul were already guaranteed a place in the Apertura play-offs and lead the table by six points.
Queretaro won 2-1 at home to UNAM Pumas to keep their play-off hopes alive despite finishing with nine men.
Sergio Blanco and Alen Skoro scored for Queretaro who had Raul Mendoza and Daniel Valdez sent off. Javier Cortes scored for Pumas.
The league's top scorer Christian Benitez scored his 13th of the season in the 88th minute to put Santos Laguna ahead but Omar Arellano ensured a 1-1 draw by scoring two minutes later for Guadalajara.
Pachuca came from behind to win 2-1 away to Atlas who had taken the lead through Alfredo Moreno. Damian Manzo and Dario Cvitanich scored for Pachuca.
Tigres Monterrey drew 0-0 with Jaguares.
