Former France winger Jerome Rothen has cancelled his contract with Paris St Germain after reaching an agreement with the club.
The 32-year-old had eight months left to run on his deal, but has not figured this season after two loan spells away from Paris, first with Rangers and then with Ankaragucu.
"The player is now free to engage with the club of his choice," said a statement on the PSG website.
"Paris St Germain thank Jerome for having defended the colours of the club for five seasons in which he has won the Coupe de France 2006 and the Coupe de la Ligue in 2008."
Rothen scored 13 goals in 180 appearances for the club.
