Leaders held to score draw
Estudiantes are three points clear at the top of the Argentinian Apertura after being held to a 1-1 draw at Colon Santa Fe.
Esteban Fuertes gave the home side a shock lead after just four minutes, but Gaston Fernandez equalised from the penalty spot just before the half hour.
All Boys moved into mid-table with a 3-1 home win over 10-man Independiente. Jonathan Ferrari opened the scoring after four minutes and Juan Rodriguez made it 2-0 before Facundo Parra pulled a goal back on the stroke of half-time.
Carlos Casteglione restored the home side's two-goal cushion and any hopes of a comeback were ended when Independiente had Patricio Rodriguez sent off nine minutes from time.
Elsewhere, Arsenal twice came from behind to beat Gimnasia La Plata 3-2. Jorge Cordoba scored in the first minute for the home side and put them ahead again in the first minute of the second half after Luciano Leguizamon had equalised.
Mauro Obolo then made it 2-2 and Arsenal snatched all three points in the 87th minute courtesy of Pablo Aguilar.
The day's other game between Banfield and Newell's Old Boys finished 0-0.
