AC Milan will have top scorer Zlatan Ibrahimovic available for tomorrow's match against Chievo.

The Swedish striker returned from international duty on Wednesday suffering from stomach cramps. Hours after landing in Milan, Ibrahimovic expressed the opinion that he could rest this weekend in view of Tuesday's UEFA Champions League match against Real Madrid.

"The Champions League is more important and I want to be 100 per cent for the game against Real Madrid," he said. However, Ibrahimovic trained with the rest of his team-mates today and then confirmed he will be available for selection for the clash against Chievo.

It remains to be seen whether coach Massimiliano Allegri will hand Ibrahimovic a starting place, with Robinho and Alexandre Pato fully fit for the encounter at the San Siro. Both players were on target as Brazil beat Ukraine 2-0 in an international friendly on Monday.

I Rossoneri go into this weekend's encounter on the back of two straight wins in Serie A. They lie two points adrift of league leaders Lazio, who visit Bari on Sunday.

Chievo striker Sergio Pellissier knows his team will have to be at their very best if they are to surprise Milan at the San Siro. Stefano Pioli's men head into this weekend's encounter on the back of a goalless draw against Cagliari that left them fifth in the standings, just one point behind AC Milan.

"We have to play the perfect game against Milan," said Pellissier. "If we look at our past games against them, we have lost because of minor distractions. If we are not fully focused, Milan will punish us."

Marco Amelia is set to replace injured Christian Abbiati in the Milan goal.
