AC Milan forward Alexandre Pato could return to action this weekend, according to club vice-president Adriano Galliani.

The Brazil international has missed I Rossoneri's last three Serie A games through a thigh injury sustained earlier this month.

"Alexandre is very well and could even play on Saturday against Parma," said Galliani. "At least that is what the team doctors have told me."

Pato's return will be good news for Milan coach Massimiliano Allegri, with his side having claimed just one win in their last four league matches.

The FIFA Club World Cup Japan 2007 winners lie fourth in the standings, two points behind leaders Inter Milan after five rounds.
