Anderlecht strolled past KV Kortrijk 3-0 to move to within two points of Jupiler League leaders Genk.

Goals from Romelu Lukaku and Jonathan Legear had the hosts in control at half-time, with Mbark Boussoufa completing the scoring late on.

AA Gent beat Zulte-Waregem 5-3 in a thrilling game which both sides ended with 10 men to move up to fourth in the table.

Stef Wils gave the home side the lead inside the opening minute and a Rene Sterckx own goal doubled their advantage in the 20th minute.

The visitors struck back through David Vandenbroeck although they were reduced to 10 men when Remi Mareval saw red after receiving a second booking in the 33rd minute.

But Zulte-Waregem levelled through Khaleem Hyland, only for Elimane Coulibaly and Yassine El Ghanassy to restore Gent's two-goal lead.

The hosts then had Zlatan Ljubijankic dismissed in the 77th minute and Teddy Chevalier got the away side back within a goal 10 minutes later, only for Randall Azofeifa to round off the scoring in stoppage time.

Club Brugge were 5-0 winners at Charleroi in the day's other game.

The hosts were only a goal to the good at the break thanks to Ivan Perisic, but they ran riot after the restart as a brace from Ronald Vargas and goals from Vadis Odjija Ofoe and Maxime Lestienne sealed the win.
