Borussia Dortmund forward Dimitar Rangelov has joined Maccabi Tel Aviv, the Israeli side have announced.

The Bulgaria international will join on loan until the end of the season, when Tel Aviv will have the option to complete a permanent deal.

Rangelov joined Borussia in the summer of 2009, but scored just once in 11 league appearances.
