Barcelona coach Pep Guardiola has left Zlatan Ibrahimovic out of his 18-man squad for tomorrow's Primera Division opener against Racing Santander.

Ibrahimovic, who joined Barcelona from Inter Milan last summer in a €66million deal that saw Samuel Eto'o move in the opposite direction, appears to be on his way out of the Nou Camp with AC Milan keen to take him back to Italy.

Reports in Spain are suggesting a deal could soon be wrapped up for the 28-year-old.

Aside from Ibrahimovic, who has still been training alongside his Barcelona team-mates, the only other available players who did not make the travelling squad were Alexander Hleb and Martin Caceres, the latter of whom appears on the verge of joining Sevilla.
