Suwon Bluewings defeated fellow AFC Champions League quarter-finalists Jeonbuk Motors 2-0 to book their place in the last four of the Korea FA Cup today.

With the cup winners earning a spot in the 2011 version of the continental competition, the win puts holders Suwon within touching distance of another appearance in the tournament. Defender Kwak Jee-Hu opened the scoring after 36 minutes, heading home a floated free-kick from South Korea's FIFA World Cup star Yeom Ki-Hoon.

Yeom sealed the win deep into injury-time, shooting home when he found himself in a one-on-one situation with the Jeonbuk goalkeeper. "It was a tough game for us," Yeom said. "In this kind of battle, it is good to come through without any injuries. We want to go as far as we can in this competition."

Seongnam Ilhwa Chunma were dumped out of the competition after losing 2-0 to Jeju United. Kim Eun-Jung struck after 20 minutes and just before the end to give the visitors a win which was helped by a missed penalty from Seongnam's Mauricio Molina after 25 minutes.

Chunnam Dragons defeated Gwangju Sangmu 2-1 while Busan I'Park downed Incheon United 2-1 after extra-time.
