Two late goals saw Pohang Steelers clinch their second successive win in the K-League with a 2-0 defeat of Deagu FC.

Those three points gained at the home of the league's bottom club moves Pohang into 10th place.

The opening goal came with one minute of normal time remaining when Lee Jin-Ho latched onto a long ball to shoot past the Daegu goalkeeper and secure his first goal for the club since arriving from Ulsan.

Pohang were lucky. We didn't take our chances and we paid the price.
Lee Yong-Jin, Daegu coach

Yang Sung-Won put the ball into his own net from a corner deep into injury time to seal the win for Pohang.

"I was feeling the pressure a little," said Lee Jin-Ho after the match. "I hadn't contributed in attack since an assist in my first game. I kept working hard and am happy that a goal came. I am also happy that we won."

Daegu coach Lee Yong-Jin was left lamenting Pohang's late show. "Pohang were lucky," he said. "We didn't take our chances and we paid the price."
