Catania have no intention of selling Argentina forward Maxi Lopez this summer.

The 26-year-old, who has scored 11 goals in 17 matches since joining the club in January, is a reported target of Juventus.

But Catania director Pietro Lo Monaco told CalcioCatania: "Maxi Lopez's future will be decided by Catania, and I can assure you 101 per cent that Maxi will remain with us.

"The only way that he would leave is if someone offers the club 80 million euros and kills me! There is no remote possibility of this happening."

Lopez is under contract with the Serie A outfit for another three seasons.
