Juventus will not give up in their pursuit of Wolfsburg striker Edin Dzeko, according to general director Giuseppe Marotta.

Dzeko has been linked with a summer move away from the Bundesliga and has reportedly attracted the interest of several European teams, including AC Milan, Chelsea and Manchester City.

Marotta told Corriere dello Sport: "Dzeko is a dream that is not going away. He is a target that we will continue to follow until it is possible. We are aware of the challenge we have in order to acquire him."

Dzeko is a dream that is not going away. We are happy that the Bosnian forward has expressed an interest to join I Bianconeri.

The Bosnia-Herzegovina international was the Bundesliga's top scorer last season and has a release clause set at €40m. "The price set by Wolfsburg is high and the other clubs that want him have more resources than we have," said Marotta.

"But we are happy that the Bosnian forward has expressed an interest to one day join I Bianconeri. It means that the appeal remains strong."

Dzeko is under contract with Wolfsburg until June 2013.
