Al Rayyan clinched the Qatar Emir Cup with a 1-0 victory over Umm Salal on Saturday.
Al Rayyan, who were knocked out in the last 16 of this year's AFC Cup, won the title for a fourth time as ex-Middlesbrough striker Afonso Alves got the only goal.
The first half finished goalless as Al Rayyan were denied by the woodwork, with Marcelo Tavares striking the right-hand post in the 32nd minute. But they got the winner eight minutes from time when Alves rifled home from close range.
