Santos Laguna progressed to the Torneo Bicentenario semi-finals with a 2-1 aggregate victory over defending champions Unam Pumas, despite losing 1-0 on the night.

Ismael Iniguez scored eight minutes into the second half but it was not enough for the hosts and Santos go through to face Morelia. The other semi-final tie sees last year's beaten finalists Pachuca take on Toluca following their 2-0 victory over Club America.

Captain Sinha gave his side the lead on the half-hour mark before being replaced in the 77th minute by Manuel Perez, who scored a minute from time to seal a 4-2 aggregate victory.
