Fenerbahce returned to the top of the Turkish Super Lig today with a 3-0 win at Ankaragucu on Sunday.
Having slipped two points behind Bursaspor on Saturday, Fener responded with goals from Mehmet Topuz, Daniel Guiza and Cristian to secure an impressive victory and re-establish a one-point lead heading into the final weekend.
At the other end of the table, Diyarbakirspor's relegation was confirmed with a 1-0 defeat at Kasimpasa, for whom Isa Kaykun grabbed a late winner.
Sivasspor's 1-1 draw at Eskisehirspor prolonged their stay in the top flight. Cihan Yildiz scored early for Sivasspor but Veysel Sari levelled matters after 26 minutes.
The day's other game, between Kayserispor and Istanbul Buyuksehir BSK, also finished 1-1. Ariza Makukula put Kayserispor ahead after 21 minutes but Ali Guzeldal equalised late on.
