Unfancied Al Khraitiat will meet Qatar SC in the quarter-finals of the Emir Cup after a surprise 3-1 third-round win over Al Khor on Monday.

Alaa Abdulzahra and Jarrallah Al Merri put Al Khraitiat 2-0 up before Yahia Kiepe struck a third early in the second half. Mohammed Hashem pulled a goal back for Al Khor with three minutes remaining but there was the contest was over.

Elsewhere, Al Ahli defeated Al Wakra 3-2 to advance to the last eight where they will meet Al Sadd. Thiah Olivier, Julio Cesar and Khlaifa Ayel netted for Al Ahli, while Tom Caluwe struck twice for Al Wakra.
