Wesley Sneijder is set to miss the second leg of Inter Milan's Champions League semi-final against Barcelona with a leg injury.

The former Real Madrid midfielder was substituted at half-time in yesterday's 3-1 Serie A victory over Atalanta after damaging a muscle in his left leg.

And Inter today confirmed that "tests today have shown he has pulled the rectus femoris muscle in his left leg".

The club did not reveal how long Sneijder will be sidelined for but the Holland international is almost certain to be sidelined for the trip to the Nou Camp on Wednesday where the Nerazzurri will be defending a 3-1 lead from the first leg.
