Etoile climbed to second in the S.League with an impressive 3-0 win over AFC Champions League participants Singapore Armed Forces at Jalan Besar Stadium.

Cyril Bagnost opened the scoring for the hosts after 14 minutes but the game turned on the dismissal of SAF defender Hafiz Osman 11 minutes into the second period.
