Hannover have confirmed the capture of midfielder Lars Stindl from second-flight outfit Karlsruher from the start of next season.
The 21-year-old has agreed on a three-year contract with the Bundesliga side, and will move on a free transfer since his contract with Karlsruher expires at the end of June, making him a free agent.
Announcing the deal today, Hannover confirmed the move will still go through should they be relegated to the second division at the end of the 2009/10 campaign.
The Reds currently occupy 16th place, which would leave them with a play-off match for a place in the top tier.
