Bordeaux striker Gregory Sertic has signed a two-year extension to his contract, tying him to the Stade Chaban Delmas until June 2014.

The young forward has progressed through the ranks at Bordeaux, making his Ligue 1 debut last April and scoring his first senior goal for the club in the following match.

Sertic becomes the seventh player this campaign to extend his contract with Les Girondins, after Carlos Henrique, David Bellion, Lamine Sane, Fernando Menegazzo, Jussie and Matthieu Chalme.

The 20-year-old is a product of the famous Clairefontaine academy which has produced the likes of Nicolas Anelka, Louis Saha, William Gallas and Thierry Henry.
