AEK Athens clinched their fourth win of the Greek Super League season with a 3-1 home defeat of Larissa on Monday 9 November, the three points taking them into fifth spot.
The visitors' Pereira Romeu cancelled out Daniel Majstorovic's opener to make it 1-1 at half-time, before Ismael Blanco's 51st-minute penalty restored AEK's lead. The hosts added a third through substitute Krisztian Nemeth after 64 minutes.
However, despite the win, AEK are still 13 points behind leaders Panathinaikos, while Larissa are five points further back in 11th.
