Real Mallorca reinforced their squad with two new additions prior to the transfer deadline, bringing in Paulo Pezzolano and Borja Valero on loan.

Playmaker Pezzolano has arrived from Uruguayan side Liverpool while Valero returns to Mallorca following a short spell at English club West Bromwich Albion, who spent a club-record £4.7million on signing the midfielder from the Balearic Island outfit last August.

Both players have joined on initial one-year loan deals with the option for Mallorca to then buy on a permanent basis.
