Dmytro Chygrynskiy has completed his €25 million move from Shakhtar Donetsk to Barcelona.

The Ukraine international successfully underwent his medical with the treble winners this morning before putting pen to paper on a five-year contract this lunchtime.

The 22-year-old defender, who has a buy-out clause of €100 million in his contract, will be presented by Barça this afternoon.

Chygrynskiy becomes the Catalans' fourth signing of the summer, following Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Maxwell and Keirrison, who has been loaned out to Benfica for this season.

Chygrynskiy's final game for Shakhtar came against Barcelona in Friday's UEFA European Super Cup in Monaco, which the Spanish champions won to pick up their fifth trophy of the year after the Primera Division, Copa del Rey, UEFA Champions League and Spanish Super Cup.
