Young Boys maintained their unbeaten run with a 2-1 victory at nearest challengers Lucerne.

Joao Pedro Paiva had given the home side a second-minute lead, but Saif Ghezal levelled matters after 22 minutes and a David Degen goal nine minutes before the interval turned the result around.

Seydou Doumbia was shown a red card for Young Boys midway through the second half, but Lucerne were unable to make their man advantage count and they now sit six points behind their opponents in the table.
