Estonia striker Andres Oper has agreed a six-month deal with Shanghai Shenhua, according to the player's agent.
The 31-year-old has been without a club since his contract with Roda JC ran out at the end of last season, but the former AaB and Torpedo Moscow now appears to be heading out to the Far East.
"Andres leaves Holland today for a trip to China and only needs to undergo a medical before the deal is done completely," Oper's agent, Chiel Dekker, told De Telegraaf.
"The second half of the season in China starts in August."
