Besiktas pulled back to within a point of leaders Sivasspor courtesy of a 2-0 win at Eskisehirspor. They had to be patient, though, scoring in the 67th and 86th minutes through Bobo and Filip Holosko. With five games remaining the title appears to be a two-horse race, after Sivasspor beat Trabzonspor on 25 April.
Elsewhere, fourth-placed Galatasaray were held to a 1-1 draw by Ankaraspor. Gala appeared to be on their way to a win through Baris Ozbek's 24th-minute goal, but Roguy Meye snatched a point a minute from time.
Shin Young-rok scored twice as Bursaspor beat Denizlispor 2-0, while Kocaelispor kept their faint survival hopes alive with a 1-0 win over Antalyaspor, Hamza Mutlu the scorer. Meanwhile, Genclerbirligi beat Gaziantepspor 1-0 and Kayserispor drew 1-1 with Konyaspor.
