Qualification history
Since joining the Asian Football Association in 1994, Kyrgyzstan have taken part in continental qualifying for each of the past four FIFA World Cups™. However, the Central Asians are yet to progress beyond the second qualifying round. Their campaign in qualifying for Brazil 2014 proved to be no exception, with the Central Asians conceding seven unanswered goals against Uzbekistan to bow out.
