Special Access Tickets (SATs) are a dedicated allocation of Tickets for purchase for disabled people, people with limited mobility and obese people, and are offered in four types:

“Wheelchair User”;

“Easy Access Standard”, for disabled people, people with limited mobility and people with other medical conditions;
“Easy Access Amenity”, for people with guide dogs or people with a medical condition with assistance dogs and people that need additional leg space due to limited mobility;

“Obese Person” (Easy Access Extra-Width seats), for people with a BMI that is equal to or exceeds 35 kg/m2.

Special Access Tickets will be made available at Category 3 price for international customers and at Category 4 price for Russian residents.

All Special Access Ticket Applicants may visit and apply online on the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia™ ticketing website during the specified sales phases starting on 14th September 2017. If you require Special Access Tickets, please select the option “Show Special Access Ticket Categories” on the online Application Form. You will find this option within the “Select your Tickets” page of the online form, just before the list of Ticketing Products available for purchase.

During the Last Minute Sales Phase, from a date to be defined up until the final Match day of the competition, remaining Tickets will also be available over the counter at the designated FIFA Venue Ticketing Centres.

Please note that customers who apply for Special Access Tickets are required to provide proof of eligibility documents as part of the Ticket Application process. If not already provided and approved online, such proof of eligibility documents must be provided upon Ticket collection (if applicable) or when purchasing Tickets over the counter as well as, upon request, at the entrance to the Stadium.

For Wheelchair User, Easy Access Standard or Easy Access Amenity Tickets, presentation of a proof that is commonly and widely accepted in the Ticket Applicant’s country of residence is required. In Russia, acceptable proofs of eligibility include a certificate of degree of disability and a medical certificate. Please note that permits for accessible parking will not be accepted as valid proof.

For Obese Person Tickets, presentation of a signed doctor’s note stating the person’s BMI will be required. The minimum BMI in order to require and therefore be eligible for an Obese Person Ticket is 35 kg/m2.

With the exception of Obese Person Tickets, successful Ticket Applicants for Special Access Tickets in the types “Wheelchair User”, “Easy Access Standard” and “Easy Access Amenity” will be offered one additional Ticket for free for a companion to assist and accompany them at the Match. The companion must be able to provide all necessary assistance to the Special Access Ticket customer. The companion will be seated as close as possible to the Special Access Ticket customer, however, the exact location of the seat cannot be guaranteed. FIFA cannot ensure that the seat for the companion will be adjacent to that of the Special Access Ticket customer. Ticket Applicants applying for a Special Access Ticket for the type “Obese Person” will not have the right to receive a complimentary Ticket for a companion.

Disabled people and people with limited mobility will be permitted to enter the Stadium with a manual or electric wheelchair or mobility scooters. For safety and security reasons, manual or electric wheelchairs and mobility scooters need to fulfil certain basic requirements: they can have 3 - 4 wheels; the maximum dimensions are 700mm wide and 1300mm long; the maximum turning radius is 900mm; the maximum turning width is 1500mm; and their maximum speed must be 6 km/h.

Please be courteous to the other fans, and only apply for these Tickets if you truly require them. They are limited in number due to Stadia configuration.
