After their daily toil, construction workers at the Brazil 2014 stadiums are putting down their hard hats and picking up pencils and paper. Overtime pay and a basket of household items go to those who attend every class.

    The FIFA Appeal Committee on 4 November 2011, under the Chairmanship of Mr Francisco Acosta (Ecuador) met at the Home of FIFA to discuss, among others, the case of the Myanmar Football Federation.
