With metro (subway), rapid bus (BRT) and integrated bus systems throughout the city, Recife has good public transport options for fans making their way to the modern and comfortable Arena Pernambuco.
For fans arriving in Recife:
Fans arriving at Recife's Guararapes/Gilberto Freyre International Airport should take the integrated bus service to the Estacao Aeroporto metro station. From there, fans can take the Sul (South) line to Recife station; there, they should change onto the Centro line towards Camaragibe and alight at Cosme e Damiao station, from which buses will continue to the stadium.
Those arriving at the Recife bus terminal should take bus 410 (Sao Lourenco-TIP) to proceed to the stadium. Fans should board at the integrated bus terminal.
In the city:
The rapid bus (BRT) system will be working and fans with tickets should board at Guararapes and Derby stations to go to the stadium.
The city will also provide special bus services leaving the following bus parking areas:
Parqutel – Estadio (via the BR-408 highway), Cordeiro – Estadio (via Avenida Cachanga) and Shopping Rio Mar mall – Estádio (via the BR-408 highway).
