Cameroon coach Paul Le Guen insists he is happy with his side's 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa preparation despite failing to win any of their warm-up games.

Indomitable Lions go into their Group E opener against Japan on Monday on the back of draws with Slovakia and Georgia and defeats by Portugal and Serbia.

What we wanted has been done.

Paul Le Guen, Cameroon coach

Le Guen said: "What we wanted has been done. We trained under good conditions and had four friendly games.

"The team is better and the team spirit is good because I have succeeded to make the players compete for a place in the first XI of the team."
