Cameroon striker Eric Choupo Moting believes his team-mates should not read too much into the disappointing results of their FIFA World Cup™ warm-up matches.
The German-born 21-year-old scored in a 4-3 defeat by Serbia at the weekend - a match which followed a 3-1 loss to Portugal and two draws with Slovakia and Georgia.
"The Lions are almost ready and we should not focus too much on last two outings," said Choupo Moting. "The most important thing is that we approach the World Cup in a better state of mind and with a lot of commitment."
The west Africans play their opening fixture against Japan next Monday, followed by a meeting with Denmark before facing Group E favourites Holland.
