Spain will play three international friendlies, one of them against Korea Republic, in the run-up to the 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa™, the country's FA said Wednesday.

It said the first match would be against Liechtenstein in Vaduz on 29 May. On 3 June, they will face Korea Republic in Innsbruck, Austria, where Spain were based when it won UEFA EURO 2008.

A third match is being arranged for 8 June, but the opponent has yet to be determined. The three matches are in addition to a game against France scheduled for March 3 in Paris.

The 2010 FIFA World Cup kicks off in South Africa on 11 June.
