Guinea have recalled striker Alhassane Keita to their squad for their vital FIFA World Cup™ qualifier against Kenya on 12 October as chase the win that would clinch top spot in Group 2.
Coach Robert Nouzaret has named a squad of 24 for the match in Conakry, which Kenya arrive at needing only draw to advance to the final phase of Africa's preliminaries for the 2010 finals in South Africa. However, the Guineans will be without French-based striker Amara Bangoura, who is suspended for the game after being red carded in their last FIFA World Cup qualifier, a goalless draw away to Zimbabwe in September.
Kenya top the group standings with 10 points, two more than Guinea.
