FULL TIME: The hosts have won Group A, and they will face Chile in the Round of 16 after Mexico's 3-1 win over Croatia. Neymar's first-half double, followed up by Fred and Fernandinho efforts in the second half, saw Scolari's side to a comfortable victory. Cameroon had levelled to silence the Brasilia crowd, but Neymar's second eased the tension in the Estadio Nacional.
The Chelsea man receives the ball in the final third and hits a right-footed effort towards goal, but it's well saved by Itandje.
CROATIA 1-3 MEXICO
After a brief period of a couple of minutes, just before Brazil's fourth, when the sides were level on goal difference and the hosts were ahead only on goals scored, a buffer of two goals has been opened up thanks to a combination of Fernandinho's goal and Croatia's consolation.

GOAL! FERNANDINHO! The substitute settles any nerves after news of Mexico's third was trickling through into the stadium. The Manchester City midfielder latched on to a through ball and toe-poked past Itandje.
Luiz Gustavo goes down with an injury and hobbles off the field. Brazil have used all three substitutions so are temporarily down to ten men.
Ramires bursts into the Cameroon half and lofts the ball over to Chelsea teammate Willian. The No19 gets the ball under control before teeing up Fred. The No9's left-footed effort is blocked.
A number of substitutions and petty fouls have rather broken up the play in the last five minutes.
CROATIA 0-2 MEXICO
Guardado's goal looks to have all-but given Mexico their place in the Round of 16.

Neymar takes a bit of a knock and is withdrawn. It's more of a precaution though and the No10 doesn't look to be in any serious discomfort.
CROATIA 0-1 MEXICO
Marquez's goal puts the Mexicans in front. If scores stay the same, Brazil would top the group followed by Mexico on goal difference. The hosts would face Chile in the next round and Mexico would play the Netherlands in the Round of 16.

Choupo Moting tees up Nguemo, but the No7's shot is screwed well wide of the target.

The noise in the Estadio Nacional is absolutely deafening. Whenever the hosts get the ball and drive forwards, a surge of electric excitement sweeps through the stadium.
GOAL! FRED! HE'S DONE IT! The Brazilian No9 has been working so hard for that goal in the opening two and a half group games, and he's got his name on the scoresheet. The ball is played to the Brazilian left of the penalty area following a set piece, and it's fired across goal by David Luiz. Fred is there to nod home from inside the six yard box.
CLOSE! Itandje denies Brazil again! Neymar spots up the set piece and whips it in. It flies past the players in the middle and the Cameroon keeper does well to parry it away.
Fernando Luiz Rosa, or Fernandinho, enters the field of play for the Tottenham Hotspur man.
GREAT SAVE! Fred gets the ball out of his feet and sharply hits a left-footed drive towards goal. The Cameroon stopper is down smartly to push the ball away and deny the No9 his first World Cup goal.
Cameroon kick off the second half and immediately launch the ball forwards. It's dealt with by Thiago Silva and David Luiz.

AS IT STANDS AT HALF TIME:
With Croatia and Mexico goalless at the break, Brazil (7 pts) and Mexico (5 pts) would be through if the games finished now. Croatia (4 pts) and Cameroon (0pts) would finish third and fourth respectively.
Neymar is the second Brazilian to score the 100th goal in a World Cup, after Vava (vs. France in 1958)

HALF TIME: It's Scolari's side who lead at the interval, but it's been nervy for the hosts at times. Neymar's brilliant finish saw Brazil go in front to ease the tension in Brasilia, but Joel Matip levelled things up to stun the Estadio Nacional into silence. The resurgent crowd roared their team on though, and a moment of Neymar brilliance sees A Selecao into the interval in the ascendancy. Cameroon have looked dangerous on the counter-attack and from set pieces, and this game is far from over.
Some utterly beautiful Brazilian build-up play sees Neymar flick to Oscar, who returns the ball to the No10. He deftly touches the ball to Fred who tees up Hulk with a first-time pass. The speed of the pinball passing move catches out Hulk though, and he can't get the ball from under his feet in time to deliver a telling strike.
A minimum of one minute added time has been indicated.
After his own set-piece delivery comes back out to him, the left winger drives towards Julio Cesar's left-hand post, but it ripples the side netting after going wide.
Hulk finds himself in space and looks to catch out the shellshocked Cameroon defence by hitting his effort early, but Itandje is down to push the ball behind for a corner. Oscar's delivery is cleared away by the Indomitable Lions.
GOAL! NEYMAR AGAIN! It's another moment of magic from the Brazilian No10. He picks the ball up on the Brazilian left and dances his way infield. He jinks inside a couple of Cameroon challenges and slams home. The hosts are back in front and Brasilia is rocking!
Marcelo slices a clearance behind and the Cameroon No8 delivers a ball into the box which misses everybody. It's hit back in by Nyom, and cleared behind for another corner whch is headed wide. The African side are looking dangerous from set pieces.
Matip rises highest from the corner and hits a thunderous header off the corner of bar and post. The effort took a deflection off Thiago Silva on the way towards goal, it's behind for another corner.
GOAL! IT'S MATIP! The Cameroon No21 stuns the Estadio Nacional with a finish from close range. Allan Nyom found space on the Cameroon left after some scrambled build-up play and fired it across goal. Matip was there for a simple finish - his first international goal.

Paulinho darts down the Cameroon left and into the penalty area before crossing towards Fred. The No9 sees his effort blocked by the goalkeeper and, in trying to throw his body at the ball in an effort to get it over the line, he fouls Itandje.
SAVED! The ball bounces up awkwardly in the Cameroon box, and Neymar smashes it towards goal on the half-volley. It's straight at the goalkeeper in the end, but he does well to keep it out.
GOAL! NEYMAR! It's a simple tap in for the No10 for a landmark moment: the 100th goal of Brazil 2014 in the hosts' 100th World Cup game. Luiz Gustavo breaks free on the Brazil left and fires a perfect delivery into the centre of the Cameroon box. The Barça forward makes no mistake by opening his body, using the pace of the cross to guide the ball past Itandje.
After a nice period of passing on the Cameroon left, Aboubakar slips in Choupo Moting. The winger tries a low cross with his left foot, but it's cleared by David Luiz.
The Cameroon No18 goes into the book for a scissor-like tackle on Marcelo, who appears hurt but is helped to his feet by teammate David Luiz.
GREAT BLOCK! Cameroon break down their left-hand side and the ball is worked inside to Enoh. He fires a shot at goal but the Brazil No6 makes himself big and takes the hit. Eventually, he clears behind for a corner, which is headed away,
Hulk powers through a couple of Cameroon challenges and tries to tee up Fred. The No9 is closed down quickly and it's behind for a corner, which is tame and collected by Itandje.
The cleared free-kick is tossed back in to the Brazilian final third and Neymar is clean through and onside. The ball takes a while to come down and it means Paulinho is teed up for a shot after some desperate Cameroon defending. His shot is blocked and fellow midfielder Gustavo has a go. It's deflected behind for a corner.
Immediately after the kick-off, Bedimo pulls back Hulk on the Brazilian right and the hosts have a chance to whip in a free kick from a dangerous position. Neymar plays it a bit too long though and it's cleared away.
Brazil get their 100th World Cup match underway.

After the instrumental introduction, the stadium erupts into song. The players clutch each other around the shoulders and passionately sing along. The PA system finishes and, as is now traditional at Brazil games, the crowd and players continue to sing a capella. It really is an incredible atmosphere in Brasilia.
Here it comes, the Hino Nacional Brasileiro ...
First up is the Chant De Ralliement, and Cameroon's national anthem is sung in unison by their fans and players.
The two teams are heading out onto the pitch in Brazil's capital. Once more the Brazilians form a chain with the right hand on the man in front's shoulder. They emerge into a bubbling cauldron of yellow, with a quite incredible noise.

"The team played well, but Mexico had a great game too. Now we have to continue training, playing well and think about the team from Cameroon now. It will be difficult. There are no easy games in the World Cup. When it comes to Brazil, everyone wants to play. Hopefully we will leave with a positive result."
LUIZ FELIPE SCOLARI
"The team has evolved. We can still improve, but we can still qualify for the next round. We showed quality [against Mexico], so I am satisfied."

DID YOU KNOW?
This is Cameroon's first meeting against a side that is hosting the World Cup.
“It’s a question of pride, as an African and a Cameroonian. We must improve our image and not do as we did in 2010, when things turned into a bit of a calamity and we ended up with no points."
