A tall but agile goalkeeper, it took Bojan Isailovic until the age of 28 to earn his Serbia debut in 2008. And though he is down the pecking order, his consistency has left Radomir Antic sure he can be depended on in an injury crisis.
Isailovic was, to his significant disappointment, released by Crvena Zvezda in 2001. He quickly moved cross-city to Rad Belgrade, where he spent four years frequently warming the bench.
However, Isailovic’s career took off when he joined Sevojno, for whom he played 50 games before a switch to Cukaricki Stankom in 2007. After just over a half-century of appearances for the Belgrade side, he headed for Genclerbirligi.
With opportunities limited in Turkey, Isailovic returned to Stankom in 2009 before signing for Polish side Zagłebie Lubin earlier this year.
