How can I apply for Tickets?

International General Public

During the final Sales Phase non residents of South Africa (i.e. members of the International General Public) can apply for 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa™ tickets in the following ways:

From 18:00 hours Central European Time/South African Time visit the 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa™ ticketing website at www.FIFA.com and apply for tickets using one of your payment methods that are accepted by FIFA and are authorized by your issuing bank to transact online.  Visa is the preferred payment method of the 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa™.

  • 2. Call Centre

From 18:00 hours Central European Time/South African Time contact the 2010 FIFA World Cup™ Ticketing Centre via +41 44583 2010 and select number 1 in order to purchase Tickets for the 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa™.

OR

  • 3. Over the Counter

From 15th April 2010 you may request 2010 FIFA World Cup South Africa™ Tickets by visiting a First National Bank branch or FIFA Ticketing Centre operated by the 2010 FIFA World Cup™ Ticketing Centre.  From the 19th April 2010 you may request tickets by visiting a Shoprite store.  Whilst visiting these locations, if your ticket request is successful you will be able to pay for the tickets at the time of making the request.  All tickets purchased over the counter will be payable in South African Rand.  For full details of the locations together with operating times please refer to FIFA.com
