Bert van Marwijk, Netherlands coach
Winning three times in a row at a World Cup obviously looks good at first sight, but I'm not really satisfied with our performance today. It was good enough in the first half, but we started very poorly after half-time. We spent too much time on the back foot and gave Cameroon far too much space. We were more in control in the other group games, but we could easily have lost today.
Paul Le Guen, Cameroon coach
It's not like we waited until the second half this evening to start playing decent football. I think we played some good football in our previous matches too but we weren't able to come up with enough to beat the Netherlands today. They're stronger than us. We've given it our best shot, we've stood up to them and tried to beat them, but it wasn't enough, especially towards the end. Our record of three defeats is a crushing blow. I've not succeeded in turning the team into a unit, so my personal record is the same as the team's. I don’t know what the future holds personally, as my contract with Cameroon ends after the World Cup. I tried my best, and I thought we'd do better than that. It's proved not to be the case.
Robin van Persie, Netherlands, Budweiser Man of the Match
We've played well and we can be satisfied. I am delighted about scoring, and that we've taken another three points to round off the group phase. The last-16 meeting with Slovakia will be tough. After all, they've beaten Italy 3-2.
Arjen Robben, Netherlands forward
I'm delighted to be back. The important thing for me now is to recover my rhythm. I'm not yet 100 per cent fit, but I'm really pleased to be part of it. That's the reward for my efforts. In qualifying and now in the group stage, Slovakia have showed they deserve to be taken seriously. There are no smaller nations any more, so we'll have to focus hard on our preparations.
John Heitinga, Netherlands defender
Arjen's quality is there for all to see. He's come on and proved he can find a way through any defence. I'm really pleased we're playing in Durban again, it's a fantastic stadium.
